Imhoff Park is situated in the historic village of Kommetjie meaning "the little basin" on the Atlantic seaboard of the Peninsula. It is landscaped so as to harmonize with the natural environment. The resort fronts on two of the Capes finest unspoiled beaches - Long Beach, renowned for its surfing and the expansive Noordhoek Beach.
This park has a clear view of the world famous Chapmans Peak and Hout Bay harbour. Experience a unique journey through the Constantia wine lands, the birthplace of the wine farming industry a mere 15 minute drive from Imhoff. Stellenbosch and Paarl with their delightful restaurants and surrounding wine routes are within a pleasant 40 minute drive. Provisions can be bought in Kommetjie where there is a fully licensed restaurant, Post Office, Public Library, garage, coffee shop, beauty parlour, hairdresser, etc. The Longbeach Mall 10km away will provide every shopping facility. TGCSA Star Grading FacilitiesFacilities There are 75 level, grassed stands for caravans and tents, some more shady than others. All the stands have 15amp electricity and built-in braai facilities (grids not supplied). Fifteen of the stands have cement slabs. Stands are separated by strategically planted trees, shrubs and islands of fynbos.
The beautifully clean ablution blocks are disabled-friendly and have a total of 24 toilets, 34 baths/showers, and 8 ironing boards. All the roads are tarred and the area is well lit at night. There is a childrens playground, a games room consisting of a table-tennis table, a pool table and a dartboard, also a separate TV room (with M Net).
The resort has two modern fully equipped sea-facing brick chalets, each with two bedrooms (6 bed), open plan kitchen/dining area, lounge and a full bathroom. Each chalet has an enclosed patio with built-in braai and magnificent seaviews and expansive lawns.

Directions32 km from Cape Town city centre. Take M3 highway towards Muizenberg. At the T-junction, turn right and drive for approx. 1km, then left over Ou Kaapse Weg (M64) towards Simon?s Town. Once over the mountain, take the 2nd traffic light to the right onto the M65 (Kommetjie Road) for approximately 8km. Turn right into Wireless Road straight down to the beach front.
