The Adventure Center specializes in exciting activities for the adrenaline junkie with abseiling, hiking and white water rafting to name a few. Explore the beautiful Tsitsikamma forests with its numerous walks and thrilling Canopy Tour. All these are within easy driving distance of the guesthouse.

During the whale season these majestic animals pay us a visit right in front of Augusta Bay and whale charters are available from Knysna daily. Visit the Featherbed Nature Reserve on the Western Head and follow the hiking trails under Milkwood trees. Animal lovers should not miss a walk with the Elephants at the Knysna Elephant park. Sunset oyster and champagne cruises on the yacht Outiniqua are highly recommended for those romantic at heart.

Shoppers are bound to appreciate the charming local boutiques, interior decorating shops, hand-made furniture, art galleries and craft markets in the nearby village centre. Knysna is famous for its Oyster Festival in July, and throughout the year this delicacy can be found in local restaurants.

Augusta Bay of Knysna has a Corporate membership at Pezula/Sparrebosch. This private golf course is the flagship course in the area and guests can play for a nominal fee.
